Getting Started
Orientation Materials & Session Guidelines
Welcome to the Orientation Hub. Before beginning your sessions, please download the appropriate orientation packet to review important program details, expectations, and tools for success. You’ll find the following downloadable PDFs below:

MRT® Orientation Packet (approx. 1 MB)
Anger Awareness Packet (approx. 1 MB)

Each document includes key information about your program, what to expect in sessions, and helpful resources to support your progress.
To participate, all clients must have an active Zoom account and be familiar with Zoom access. Zoom login details and session links will be provided via email after enrollment and payment confirmation.
Please also take time to review our attendance policies, as consistent participation is required for successful program completion. If you have any technical difficulties or need assistance accessing your materials, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Zoom access instructions
To attend your sessions, you must have a Zoom account. Create one at zoom.us using the email you used during enrollment. After payment confirmation, you’ll receive a unique Zoom link via email—do not share this link.
Download the Zoom app or join via browser. Ensure a stable internet connection and join 5–10 minutes early. Cameras must remain on for the full session unless instructed otherwise.
Late arrivals may not be admitted, and missed sessions may affect your completion. Contact us ahead of time for help with any technical issues.
Attendance policies
Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions. Clients must attend each class on their chosen day and time. Tardiness, early departures, or missed sessions may result in removal from the program or delayed completion.
If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us in advance. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Participation with your camera on is required for attendance to be counted. Repeated absences or policy violations may require re-enrollment and additional fees.
Your commitment to showing up on time ensures program success and compliance with court or personal requirements.
Zoom Account is Required
All clients are required to have an active Zoom account to attend virtual sessions. You can create a free account at zoom.us using the same email address you used during enrollment. This ensures proper access and attendance tracking.
Please make sure to log into your Zoom account before each session. Attempting to join without signing in may result in denied entry.
A Zoom account also allows you to access past session links, receive updates, and engage fully during class. If you have any issues setting up your account, contact us for assistance before your first session.
